Appointment/Consultation Cancellation Policy

Please note that M&M Aesthetics operates on a 48-hour cancellation policy.
Please call 07881 681 666 or email enquiries@mnmaesthetics.co.uk if you wish to cancel or rearrange appointments.
We kindly ask you to give us 48 hours' notice.

We reserve the right to charge the cost of the appointment if there is a no show or adequate notice is not given.

There is a £50 appointment deposit which is non-refundable but can be used towards your treatment.
